We offer free shipping on all orders over $150.

• Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
• Express Shipping: 2–3 business days

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags still attached.

For hygiene reasons, all jewelry items are final sale and cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at hello@raphaella.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll review your request and send a prepaid return shipping label within 1–2 business days.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
